Welcome to NegotiateMyRent ("we," "us"). By using this site and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

What we are (and aren't)

We are a research and writing service. We prepare negotiation materials — letters, market reports, and playbooks — that you choose whether and how to use. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and nothing we deliver constitutes legal advice. We never contact your landlord or represent you in any negotiation; you always send communications yourself.

Scope

Our products cover lease renewals only. We make no promises about new-lease negotiations, and our materials are built for renewal situations.

Your responsibilities

You confirm the information you give us (rent amounts, dates, property details) is accurate. Our research and letters are only as good as your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing the letter before sending it and for all communications with your landlord.

No outcome promises

Negotiation outcomes depend on your landlord and your market. We do not and cannot guarantee a specific result. Our 25% Guarantee is a refund policy, not an outcome promise — see the Guarantee Terms.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by the Guarantee Terms. Renewal Radar subscriptions renew annually and can be canceled anytime before renewal by contacting us.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including outcomes of your lease negotiation.
