What we collect

Lead info (email, ZIP, rent figures) when you run the free Reality Check. Order and payment info (handled by Stripe — we never see your card number). Intake details (name, address, lease terms, optional renewal-letter upload) when you buy a Kit. Funnel analytics events (page views, purchases) tied to an anonymous session ID.

How we use it

To build your kit (including sending property details to our market-data and AI providers), to deliver emails about your order, and — if you came through the free check — a short email sequence you can unsubscribe from with one click.

Processors we use

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (email), Anthropic (letter drafting), RentCast (market data). Each receives only what it needs.
